Eligibility

1.    This giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), aged 18 and over, with access to the internet and a valid Twitter account.

2.    To be eligible, entrants must subscribe to the Thames & Hudson Newsletter and must re-tweet the Competition Tweet from the Thames & Hudson Twitter Account (@thamesandhudson) before midnight on 11/05/2018 (‘the Closing Date’).

3.    Entrants must fulfil the entry requirements before the Closing Date. Any newsletter subscription or re-tweet of the Competition Tweet after this time will not be considered.

4.    Entrants may only re-tweet the Competition Tweet and subscribe to the Newsletter once. Any entrant found to be creating multiple accounts in order to enter the giveaway more than once will be disqualified.

5.    Thames & Hudson takes no responsibility for any entries delayed, mis-directed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.

Offer and Fulfilment

6.    The winning entrant will be drawn at random by Thames & Hudson.

7.    The winning entrant will be eligible to receive 20 books pictured in the Competition Tweet (‘the Prize’).

8.    The Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.

9.    Thames & Hudson reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute an alternative to the Prize which is of equal or greater value should it deem this to be necessary.

10. The winning entrant will be notified first through a private message. In order to receive the Prize, winners are required to provide Thames & Hudson with their full name, UK address and phone number.

11. Unsuccessful entrants will not be notified.

12. Failure to acknowledge receipt of their win, or provide a full name and UK address, within 24 hours of receiving notification from T&H will invalidate the winner.

13. Prizes will be posted to the winning entrant within one month of the Closing Date. Thames & Hudson takes no responsibility for lost or damaged Prizes.

Other

14. Thames & Hudson reserves the right to terminate or withdraw this offer at any time.

15. Thames & Hudson’s decision on all matters is final. No correspondence will be entered into other than that stated in clause 10 above.

16. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.

17. Thames & Hudson may amend these terms and conditions without notice, by posting changes to them on this website.

18. Employees and freelancers working for Thames & Hudson and their families are not eligible for this offer.
